I need help with my userpage, so can the experts out there, give me codes for my userpage?

Here is what I want:

A Background full of monkeys.

A monkey popping down on a bungee rope(Try The one from The Monkey Man's Avatar if it's still there)

An alert message saying "Warning! Monkey Madness Ahead!"

A Monkey Party on top of a statue of a head.

A glittering Title saying "Monkey Party!"

The Everybody Dance Now song.

A Big Cake with monkey's jumping out of it.
