We are now new and improved, and if we get enough members, Treehouse said he will join again. So, right now, I will be the leader of Toon Scouts. The Toon Scout Leaf Shop The Toon Scout Leaf Shop is closed. We will open it on June 1st, 2008. 6. Guides The Toon Scouts will now offer help with guides. We ask scouts/rangers/councilers, and new scouts to post your best guides to helping a Toon win battles, fishing, ponds, flowers, ect. It cannot already have been created or copied from another toon in TTC.com or any other fansite. It must be your own, very detailed, with screenshots(if you can)piece of your own work. We'll look through your guides and you're might be posted below! Post guides, do not pm them. 7. Rulebook 1. You can only ask to be counciler until the jobs are filled. 2. You must tell a staff member if you are quitting the scouts. 3. You must tell me (Treehouse) if you are moving on to an new tasking/scouting area. 4. You must tell me (Treehouse) and your scouting counciler(s) if you are leaving on vacation, taking the day off, or even sick. 5. You must do everything possible to have fun in this club. 6. You can/should help other scouts if needed. 7. You can/should help other Toontown members that are not Toon Scouts if they need your help. If you want to help them, please tell your counciler that you're going to try to help a non-scout member with a task. If you do, the counciler might write you a slip to me telling me that you helped someone else with a tast you didn't need to do normally. 8. Be a good Toontown Citizen. 9. Help others and they'll help you back. 10. Don't walk away from someone who needs help. 11. Don't trap other in elevators (CCG Rule). This would be a suspention if caught. 12. Don't say you'll do something and not do it. 13. Be nice, not rude. 14. Any measures of bad behavior can/will be delt with by your counciler/a staff member. 15. If a scout is doing rude, ungreatful, bad things to another non-member toon or scout, please tell your counciler/a staff member as soon as possible. 16. We have the right to warn, ban, suspend, and permently suspend/ban any toon who doesn't follow these rules. 17. Try to apply yourself/your skills to any situation needed of you. 18. Be a good toon and help a counciler/staff member if they need help or ask you for help. 19. Read rules/regulations very carefully. We will add rules in this book if needed and we will put the new rules up on the news board until everybody knows the new rule. 20. This rulebook is for the member of the Toon Scouts only. You must not say, "Who cares about this book!". If you do, that means you are not following the rules which means up to three warnings. 21. In Training Lessons, follow what the hosts say. 22. In Training Lessons, if the host/co-host asks you to help them with something, please help them. 23. Don't give phony excuses to skip meetings/Training/Events. 24. Ambassidor(s) are the heads of the scouting group like me, they do what is nessecary to keep order in the Toon Scouts. 25. Don't fight with the Ambassidor(s) of the Toon Scouts. 26. Don't fight with the Founder/Any Councilers. 27. All staff abide by these rules. They do not entend to break them. Staff can break the rules, but shouldn't. 28. The staff (Founder, Ambassidor, Councilers) have the powers to do anything in our power to keep order in the club. 29. Staff may call mods/administrators into our club to help with the organization of posting, deleating posts if necessary, ect. 30. If your posts are missing, it might be because we called in a moderator to deleat a post, we might have reported you on a post, or a mod/admin might have came to merge posts without our knowing of it. 31. If you get ban from TTC.com for more than a week, you will get perminent suspention or suspention from 1-3 months depending on the problem. We will not allow trouble-makers to exist in our club. 32. If you get into trouble with a mod in our club, and if the mod is nice enough to not close down this club, we will ban you from 3-6 weeks for violations of rules 32, 31, and TTC.com site rules/guidelines. 33. We do NOT want you to break these rules or TTC.com rules/guidelines. If you do, you might not come back to the club for a long time, if you even are allowed back here. 34. We will not allow any scout to shuffle in an elevator, golf kart, racing, or trolley games to anyone. 35. If you just join and never come to any events, you will be added to the in-active list. Behavior Levels- Warning #1-Miss-use of rules, not knowing them. Warning #2-A repeated offence/rudeness/not helpful. Warning #3-A tripple repeated offence/rudeness/behavior issue once. Ban(until whenever)-For any offence that is bad behavior. Rudenss exct. Suspention-For trapping/hopping on and off elevators, racekarts, golf karts, battles with cogs. Being Mean to other non-toons/scouts or being rude and ungreatful to staff for helping or not helping. Random offences/breaking multiple Toon Scout rules/breaking TTC.com rules/guidelines once for less than a week. Permenent Ban From Toon Scouts-Sniffing your nose at the rulebook and not following rules at any-time/s. For being ubnochouse to others. Being rude to staff. Not applying anything in meetings. Leaving meetings for something else without permission from staff on a day-to-day basis. This also means a suspention from this thread. We will ask a TTC.com mod/admin to make sure you can't come back to this thread and post. This could mean that they'd deleat you post maybe. (We'll talk with admins/mods about this)/TTC.com rules/guidelines violated multiple times or once for over a week of banning. 8. News/Updates This is where you can look for updates, news, and maybe even historic reports from scouts. May 10, 2008: Toon Scouts is open again. The old thread that was posted on May 1, 2008 can be closed now by mods. But, Treehouse said for me to make Toon Scouts better than ever, and I will. Toon Scouts main objective is to have at least a lot of members active, and get the clan started again. Thanks! - Big Flip 9. Jobs *** NOW HIRING JOBS *** In the Toon Scouts, there aren't many jobs needed. But, for some reasons, there are. We have a list of jobs that are already filled, but need talking about. Here's information on each job type. Founder-Founders keep the club happy and healthy. They keep it going. The founder looks over every toon, takes care of problems, and can change rules, also, he can warn, ban, suspend, and kick out any scout who is misbehaving and breaking guidline rules and regulations. Councilers-We use to think of them a leaders of groups, but now they are leaders of the Toon Scouts. They help out with everyday problems, help toons on Toontown, and make everything just right. Rangers-Rangers are toons who's laff is over 110. These toons are mainly to help toons on Task Time Tuesdays, but all scouts over 110 in laff will be put into this group anyways. These toons are also quite helpful on both Toontown and in the Toon Scouts thread. Hall Of Famers-These are toons who are over 130 in laff and have completed everything. They are highly honord by our club. Scouts-The scouts are every regular, not appointed member in the Toon Scouts. They get help, they can help, they are what keeps the Toon Scouts going. Ambassador-The Ambassador takes control over the club when the Founder is out for any reasons. They are a bit higher than councilers. Signature & Avatar Maker-This toon help us advertize the Toon Scouts with unique avatars and signatures for our members. Guide Maker-These toons help make guides for the club. The guides can help toons learn more about Toontown and how to win battles. 10. Toon Scouting Groups Each group is based on your tasking and laff area. Here's the list of groups you are in. Contests/Games for Toon Scouts Introduction: This post is for Toon Scouts games and contests. Stay tuned to this thread for future contest or games for Toon Scouts. Games for Toon Scouts: -GAME: Give A Task Game- Rules: 1) A member must give a task that another member must do. 2) The task must not be too easy, but not too hard either. 3) If you are taking on this task, then you must either give a discription of the task and what you did to complete it (be detailed) or take a screenshot of your victory. 4) Once someone posts their victory from that task, the next toon can post another task. 5) The task giver cannot complete their own task. 6) When you give a task, you can only give one. 7) Be nice, not rude in these tasks. Please be detailed as possible in the tasks. Here's an example of a task (do not do this one): Please complete four toontasks in Toontown in one day.
