1. What is PRL?

PRL is Playground Research Lab. We have permission from Tooniesty, the leader of CRL (Cog Research Lab) to make this research lab. PRL is when we do research, and try to find clues of what may be the next new playground to Toontown. If you have any pictures/clues of what you have that may give a hint about the next new playground, please post it on the thread.

To become one of the staff, you have to work your way up. There are levels in PRL, and you get a level for research that you do. When you get up to like level 10, you can be a Expirenced Researcher, and if you get to level 50+, then we will see about hiring you for a staff job.
