1. Who Are We?

We are a guide full of toons who care about Toontown a bit TOO much. We care about making the Top Toon's list and having our members join our guide to get their toon to get the best out of Toontown. We offer many ways to make our guide effective to let you join the Top Toon's List on Disney's Toontown Online. If you want to make history, then join this guide and make you history in Toontown.

2. How We Do It.

We let your toon(s) get a chance to be a Top Toon for a day in many ways. There are many different catagories to be a Top Toon in. There's fishing, jellybeans, Cog HQ-Boss Battles and many, many, MANY more. So here's what we do. We have many ways to get you on the list. Here's a few different event's we offer to give you each day of the week in Toontown-

Silly Saturday Tolley, Bingo, & Racing Hullabaloo Event(s)-We have you race, fish, and trolley around with others in the guide to have a fun, productive time in the Top Tooner's guide. We show you more effective ways to race, catch fish, and can even show you a tip or two on how to trolly track your way to the most jellybeans.

Jellybean Sunday's Event(s)-This is where we try our hardest to fish, trolley around, and task our way up to the Top Toon's List! This can also give you everything in the catalogs, and get you to send off the most gifts and make the Top Toon's List once, twice, or maybe even three times in a row!

Cog Build-Up Day Event(s)-We corral a group of toons to trap, throw gags, push gags, and drop gags on any cog in sight on the Toontown streets! We have special awards for this event.

There are EVEN more events when more and more toons join. And the prizes are even better than anything you've ever seen in Toontown!

3. Guides On How To Be A Top Toon

1) To become a top toon, it takes a lot of work. If you want to try to get your toontasks done, you might want to think about going for the Top Toon's cattagory for the most toontasks completed. Toontasks can be hard or easy. So, choose the easiest ones to get them done faster.

2) To become a top toon, it takes a lot of work. If you want to become a top toon, you should look at what other Top Toons on the Top Toons list have done. If they have defeated over 800 cogs in a day, try to beat that record by counting how many cogs you've defeated.

3) To become a top toon, it takes a lot of work. Try to fish a lot if you want to get the most jellybeans. Fishing is the easiest, and fastest way to get the most jellybeans, right away. Another was is to take to the tracks and get on a trolley. It's not the easiest way, but it's the best way to get gags.

4) To become a top toon, it takes a lot of work. If you don't start off small in your work on the Top Toon's cattagories, then you'll never make it to the big parts.

4. The How To And What To Do's.

Can you beat the other Toons on the Top Toon's List? We hope so, or we're not doing our job here! We want to tell you what we'll do to help you become the newest top toon.

1) We'll bring you to Boss Battle's.
2) We'll trolley around with you.
3) We have events for you to better advance yourself to be the next Top Toon.
4) We'll keep you busy with tasks, special events, games, prizes, and anything else you can think you can do, we'll help you.
5) Specific things you can do to advance into winning the role of the next Top Toon of Toontown.
6) We daily post guides, tips, and lessons on how to become the next Top Toon of Toontown.
7) We'll have events every weekend.
8) We have rules to keep you in the club, to help you along, and to keep you truck'n in Toontown.

5. Rules/Guidlines

We have a few rules, but since we don't have meetings or times to do anything, we'll keep the rules to a minimum to let you have maximum time in our guide. Here are our current rules, guidlines, and pollcies.

Guidline-We have the right to ban, suspend, warn, a permently suspend any member of the Top Tooner's if they break anything we go by in this rulebook.

Guidline-All staff have the right to do what they need to, to keep the guide in tacked. They have every right in the guide to do what they'd like to.

Policy-We only allow toons who would like to help their toon to become a Toontown Top Toon!

Rules-
1) Be nice to everyone and anyone.
2) Please, do not say 'You Stink' for anything at anytime.
3) If another toon, regardless of their species, laff, gags, ect., you should allow them to either help you, or you help them.
4) Be careful. Don't become too over-joyfull on trying to get the spot. It'll take time on doing this.
5) If you get one spot in the Top Toon's list, don't give up after one win. You can either take part in the same group, or a different group. Don't quit.
6)Don't quit if you just can't do it. It's a fun way to see what you can do in Toontown!

All rule-breakers will be punished by the staff member who is avalibe and will give the necessary punishment to the toon.

6. Games and Prizes

We have a new game every week. It can either be a game on Toontown that we all can play, or a game a member pms us. Here's this week's game.

9. Day's For Helping

The Top Tooner's have speicific days every week along with events that pop up every two weeks to help you get what you want out of the Top Tooner's guide. Here's a daily chart of what we can do with you-

DISTRICT-BOINGY ACRES!

FUN-DAY SUNDAY'S-Fun-Day Sunday's are the time of fun. We try to get you maxxing your fish to get you to catch the most fish. Once you catch the most fish, why not clean up the pond of boots. There's another two ways you can get on the Top Toon's List.

RACERS & GOLFERS! READY, SET, DANCE MONDAY'S-This is the eventful day where you can either fight other toons for the GRAND PIX CUP, or dive into golfing and try for that hole-in-one.

DIZZY COG SMACK-DOWN TUESDAY'S-This event happens every week. We rummage through the streets and defeat as many cogs as we can. This is a street battle day ONLY! The other thing you could do is battle the cogs in cog buildings! Rally up guide only members to defeat cog buildings to save Toontown!

CATTALOG CRAZY WEDNESDAY'S-This day is devoted to cattalogs. We want you to give away, buy, spend, anything you can do to reach the Top Toon's catagory for Most Idems bought and Most Gifts Given! At tip is you should go fishing in the playground ponds because today's also Bingo Wednesday!

TATICAL THURSDAY'S-Tatical Thursday's are the day we have our favorite boss battles! Make sure from Tuesday you got you merits, cogbucks, jury notices, and stock options! We have run times for you-

What can I do? I can't get on Toontown right now cause my Dad is scanning the computer for virus's. So maybe in 20 minutes I can get on.
