You would be in the DDL Scouts, also known as the Sleepy Dream Scouts.

That group is for 62-100 laff. So, just fill out the form, and Treehouse will do the rest.

To Answer your question-You only need to secret friend the counciler in your own group, nobody else. If you want to secret friend any other scout in the club, you can do it on your time...
