I think they don't want to join your clans because you can't post many of the events since you keep getting banned so they don't know what's happening. So you would need to have an employer and a speaker so that they can tell people whats happening and let people into the clan and people just meet with you on ToonTown and do events.

Ah! I know!! The Wild Research Lab!!! :P You can do events! AND research anything on Toontown. Make sure you capitiliz and stuff so it's proffesional, make sure they are in sections (members list, events, etc.) and organized neatly. That's my CRL clan advise Peppy.
PS!: I wouldnt call it the wild research lab, the mods might ban you for plagerizing. Call it something else. I dont mind if u add CRL into it though. JUST SAYING MODS -----------------^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
