Well, I'm back today for Drivers ED from 6 to 9 PM and stopped by the computer and came across this!

First, I would like to say thank you to everybody, and although your 500 million dollar cars you guys got for me was nice, it was a little bit cheap! You coulda spent a few more million ya know.

My birthday was fun, but not anything too special, we'll probably do other things next week.

Well, I love to give essays about everything so I might as well add another.

I woke up at 8:00 to shower but my mom was already in there, so I patiently waited 10 minutes for her to finish blow drying her hair. So then I showered, got out around 9:00. We then drove about 30 seconds and picked up my cousin Jimmy, who I've known since I was born, and we use to be neighbors and did our first few years of school together. Who I also am doing Drivers ED with. Well, he was going for his permit with me.

We got to the place, and the Lady was like, for this test you have 20 minutes, and use it all up! This test has gotten much harder with the new laws that came into effect. Well with questions like how thick do tires need to be, and how much do you need to weigh to sit in the front, we both failed the first time. We took it again right after and paid another $30.00. This time I got my 14 out of 20 correct. Actually getting 17. Though, Jimmy failed. He knew he wouldn't pass with a 3rd time so we went on our way. I then DROVE the 30 minutes to my beach town and the day started.

It was low tide at the time so we went crabbin. We lifted rocks up to find crabs under the rocks. We did that for about 30 minutes then we went back to the cottage and rinsed off. I asked my mom to take us to a town bridge to jump off of, and she said yes. I drove down there.

The bridge is really fun, it has a strong current with rapids in it and you get sucked out really fast while getting the rapid waves splashed over you. Not to mention the bridge is pretty high up to make it even funner.

Then we went back and it was finally high tide. At one of the beaches near the cottage there is rocks out by the water. There's a lower set that's like 15 ft from the water with nothing to clear. Then a higher set from like 20 to 40 ft up. The higher up the more to clear though. Well, I did the 20 ft up a few times. Then I went up to the GAHUNA. That's the name given to the 40 feet up one. It's had the name for years. There is a real lot to clear on this one, and 2 days before I finally did it for the first time. Today though, looking down at the water I decided to do it again. No one else with me would do it besides Jimmy, so i had him go first. He made it, then it was my turn. I took 2 steps back from the ledge, then jumped. I messed up so much. In the air I was terrified. I slipped a little at the edge jumping almost straight down instead of far out. I fell and fell. I was aproaching a rock, and quickly bent my knees up to avoid it. I didn't hit it, but came very close, inches from it. I think I'm done with this rock for a while..

Well, we moved on after an hour or 2 there, and had the usual cake, icecream, and pizza. Then after we got dressed up and headed down to the strip. That's a place in the town with a lot of fun stuff. Arcades, fasination, mini golf, carasells, icecream... etc. We played down there at facination, then, the arcade. I lost everytime on fascination though .

Well, we walked back and it was close to 11:00 PM when we got back. My mom was snoozing on the coach, and we sent her to bed. Then we just hung around the cottage till we got tired.

That's me birthday. Nothing special, but was pretty fun

WOW! Thats awesome! I'm happy to hear about your day, thank you for sharing! Now please be careful while driving, as a mom it has to be my biggest fear for kids. You are a smart kid so I'm sure you will always use your best judgement! Have fun learning to drive!

You should have gotten a talking ducky for your b-day. I have a real puppy + a I-puppy that plays music on it and when you move its head, it scraches, like a DJ mixes his music, CcE must have a kitty...

I took Drivers ED last year and I remember they have a tricky question about which direction do you turn your wheel when you park on a hill. Its suppose to be right, RIGHT? IF the car were to roll down the hill, it would roll onto the sidewalk/building. But the correct answer was left, which means IF the car were to roll backwards down a hill, it would hit traffic! That must have been one of the ones you and I failed. I failed mine 2x. In our WA state, you pay $30 for 2 tries

Last Friday, I was pulled over because cops love red sports cars, I have a celica. I got in so much trouble just because my left headlight was out. Don't get a red car, Paul. Your insurance is higher just because its red. I got it for $3,750 so it was a good deal.

Sorry for bumping this up, but just wanted to say.. No I didn't fail from easy questions like that one. I failed because I do not know how thick tires have to be on the road, how thick sidewalks are, and the weight limit of an infant to move onto a booster seat. They said the test got harder from our states new driving laws, but I didn't know how much. Another question I got wrong was from our new laws was starting September first, for 1 speeding ticket being a new driver, you get your liscense taken away for 90 days and have to take saftey driving school, and have to pay a 500 dollar reinstatement fee.. I knew the first two parts, but I thought it was 100 dollar reinstatement fee.

Also, thanks for the Happy Birthdays.
