i think having shopping every saturday is a good idea... or every other saturday, because fro me i couldnt make the 10th shopping day but i could mkae others, but now that there are barely any scheduled runs i havent shopped in months

and also everyone is saying how boring TT is these days and now that alot of the members of the TCB are done with golf i think shopping would pick up more if we did hold shopping once a week, i mean since the main reason that the TCB died was because of golf but now thats over for most people. SO i was just suggesting that we hold shopping dates every saturday or every other saturday... just a suggestion

I've noticed that most of the event run times of this club are at times convenient for people in the Western European time zone (UTC+0), but useless for people in the Pacific time zone (UTC-8) where I believe most of the players of Toontown are located. Specifically, the 11AM-?PM or 5PM-?PM PST (the current TCB weekday SOS-shopping run times) are not feasible for west-coast Americans; most of us have to attend work or school during those times.

I think this club should schedule and promote alternate event times and see what happens. I propose 9PM-12AM PST (UTC-8) daily shopping runs, in addition to all existing run times. At that time of evening, the adults are home from work, the kids are home from school, supper has been eaten, and people are able to attend to recreational activities.

Note that other TTC clans, such as the Cold Callers Guild, do schedule events in PST evening hours, and those events are successful and large numbers of people attend.

The run times in the thread are old and no one really sticks to those anymore, it needs to be organized a little better, i know. i dont see why adding late runs would be a problem when it does get organized, but for now i would just post that your going to shop and at what time -until something can be worked out.. hopefully soon, ill look into it.

Suggestion/Idea

How about a one time event where the GSW maxed players host a racing event? It could either be fair and square racing or letting others win. GSW has been very easy to max for those of us with family/friends/two accounts, but there are still a LOT of kids here who have to deal with all the shufflers, cheaters, etc.

I know it doesn't really fit with the premise of the TCB, but just before Blinky left, we were talking about putting together a "give back to the community" type of event. There are a lot of kids here who would just LOVE to play with some of you guys and GSW is one of the areas that people really need help in.

Thats a nice idea. I can play Dyno and help someone. If you get toons names who would help the lil ones post a list and have lil toon pick who he wants to play with it be fun for them. Again a really sweet idea. Im in.
