Issue 1-

The core group is sorta like this, not even knowing if I'm on the line to them. I just think more people should become interactive and show what they like about TCB, they need to help too. It's not all going to come easy, and just let SOME people fix all the problems. You need to get in there too, there's always a place for you in that "core group" you got to work for it if you want to be let in.


Issue 2-

The one from my shop is ready.

Simply create a "Communicate Thread". It wouldn't be spam there.

Issue 1-

Ditching extremly against my policies. I will never ditch a toon no matter what the laff. Moving to a different district is too hard for laggy people (me being one). I propose we let them in. even if they're a random we can let them in, what will it hurt? We tell the little toons they'll never loose, you guys wont loose with the randoms! They also know the meaning of "Run!" and "Stay." Try letting them in, it couldn't hurt, even if they're a Cold Caller level 1. They won't come back agian, they need to get their merits

Dilemna 1:Technically,non-member won't have any idea what we are doing.
It's best to kick out all the outsiders for the sake of our runs and reputation

Dilemna 3:We don't do same districts everyday,but we do stay in the same zone everyday.
We'll do our runs in the crazy zones(ex.Crazyham,Crazy River,etc.)

It's okay. If you are on a run and see a toon doing something against the rules, please report that toon to me. I'll gladly look up to see if that toon is a member in our guild. If it is, I'll take care of it.

Well, that was intended as a joke BUT, maybe it should be brought up (sorry )

Some members of the clan are adopting certain "looks" to identify themselves, such as invisible toon. And "some" members may be trying to "encourage" other members to do the same, LOL!

My toon is not going to be invisible, nor is Calvin's (at least while I'm playing his toon). Just can't do it! I understand the logic, and I think it is really cool actually, I just happen to like small toons and don't want to change that. Now if you could be small and invisible then that would be another thing, but can't.

Many clan's have set "look" or dress code, which I think is awesome. But this particular clan is made up of WAY too many toons to try and do that imho.

Now with that said, one sure way to identify people in the clan would be to wear a common clothing item, but then you are trying to force people to wear or look like you decide you want them to and I don't think that's gonna fly, nor do I think it's fair.

Lastly, it WAS intended as a joke and I believe I said that. No one "really" tried to force anyone to conform, just tried to hmmm, encourage?

If you are curious, see post #4... LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as Dilemma 4 - I understand how some people feel. I don't particularly like being surrounded by people I can't understand, but since this clan IS made up of all members here, and everyone here knows how to sf, might I suggest for those that do feel uncomfortable to bring an sf along? This way you will have someone to chat with too.

If I have to zip my lip, I think I'll pass on shopping.

I agree. And oh how nice it would have been if Disney let us mix effects. I can see it now, small toon, big head.
