Are you with us or not?

We also need a way of telling people that they are with us and know that we are SOS shopping; especaally for the non maxed suits. I mean, how are we supposed to know if they are with us or not. I was thinking maybe saying, "Let's go back to the playground!" as a key phrase that let's everyone know that they are here to shop and they are part of the clan.

That's an important issue I think, especially when we start attracting lower suits (which we are hoping for). I'd feel really bad if we shuffled someone off thinking they were a random, when in fact they were with us.

Get rid of that random!

We also need a strategy for dealing with randoms. For example, either switch districts, or shuffling them off. I don't like switching districts if we have been having luck in the district we are in. To get rid of randoms I go in the elevator let all the randoms come on with me (they usually do) and than they usually hop off because they want more people to come on elevator because they think it will increase the chances of them winning. Now everyone else in our group comes on and the randoms cant because they get the message that tells them wait for the elevator to leave or empty. So this way all the people with us can get on without hassle.

Another way to get rid of randoms is by having one person get on the elevator and all others in our group hop on at at 0 so the randoms dont have a chance to get on. That might be easiest way, but some people in the clan still might not understand and they will sometimes miss the load because of the way they think (not that smart) even though it's not that hard.

I can't lie, in the past I think we have ditched maybe three randoms. We all felt terrible doing it also. But we have tried for at least 3 mins each time to shuffle them off and we don't want to leave the district because of the luck we are having in it. If I try to do some of the methods I use to shuffle off randoms, they would work but the other toons in our clan get in the way, therefore it's harder for me to do it. Not many people know how to successfully shuffle them off and there's no way of telling the others "stand back and let me shuffle them off so we can get on without them."

That's definetely one of the big problems.

Also, I think that we should make a permanent place to post what district we are in and if there is still shopping. I'm thinking either the "Luck Runs Report" thread or the SOS shopping thread.

I'm kinda confused right now. I can't name names but a blue mouse who kept asking us to wait for his friend automatically started stinking me as soon as I walked in the door. Stange :/

He was having an extemely hard time making 2 groups. How hard can it be? One group of 5 toons and one group of 4...

When me and 3 others went on the elevator he said "Let's wait for my friend", and since we had 4 on the elevator, I was saying to myself, okay wait for your friend, we're going in... than he gave me the ":-(" face as we loaded.

If you're helping another friend and it's going to take a bit of time before your "friend" comes. Wait for the next load and let the others go. It's not fair to delay everyone for your one friend.

There is a lot to deal with, I'm glad you are putting this out there for others to hopefully help. Here is my input for some of the issues:

Dilemma 2 = A key phrase will help a lot. Let's go back to the playground, followed by Me, too, would suffice. If you say Let's go back to the playground and a toon says NO, then it would be obvious that the don't know about the shopping.

Dilemma 3 = I think everyone should do their best to call out run or stay as soon as they know what the card is. It isn't fair to make one person in each group in charge of that. People come and go all the time, it would take too much effort. If you are about to log out, just say Run.

Dilemma 4 = I like the chatting because that is what makes it more fun. If I can't have fun, I'm not playing. End of story.


Dilemma 5 = If people want to go with certain friends, why not just bubble as people frequently do in busy districts?

Dilemma 6 = Try the phrase, I need more laff points.

Dilemma 7 = I think that would be nice as long as the new toon understands that they didn't just make a BFF, lol. I think if someone posted that they have questions on strategy, a lot of people here would be glad to help.

Dilemma 8 = I like the current name and I think that even when we do shorten it, people still know what we are talking about.

I don't know what that last one means either.

The only time anyone should wait is if they choose to wait for a friend. The group as a whole will never wait. Since the group is open to everyone, we will get a stinker now and again. Don't take it personally. All ages attend also. You may have just run across a young person who is overly excited.

Oh lol. I understand the last one. I think what he/she means is that if you notice alot of the member are invisible and wear that July 4th uniform and sometimes those toons will go up to someone who is not wearing their uniform and say "I like your look" "No" "Let's work on that". This happened to me but I think it's just in fun. I actually joined and got the same outfit too. I think the person misinterpreted this as rudeness rather than a little joke

I also noticed earlier that when there are say 10 toons and it is better to make two elevators of 5 rather than leaving 2 off some toons just don't understand what we are trying to do. So we end up taking some time trying to assemble groups. I think if we had some sort of preset phrase that allowed everyone to know "Hey we are going to have two elevators going now". Just a thought.

During a skelecog round there was one toon who used the walk around glitch. I just want to know the stance on glitching in the VP. Is it allowed or not allowed? I think it's somewhat of a distraction and I could see how it could bother and distract other people. Just wondering. If for any reason

I'm not the person making decisions around here, but I'd say that most people would agree with me if I said no. If that toon starts glitching and one toon goes sad, he or she could possiblly end up in two battles at once, dangering herself or himself of going sad and could even make it possible for some others to go sad as well. It's not a no-no yet without BT or CCE agreeing with me, but I wouldn't recommend doing it.
