Well I guess they will be because most people who play Toontown live in America.
 I guess they can't make everyone happy but I bet you can suggest to Toontown (or the person who made the event in something like a clan) to have different times that are suitable for the UK.

Aren't we having a Toontown Tournament end of July? I thought that was UK/Europe only.
And I noticed one time we had a VIP weekend when they didn't. XP But mostly, yeah, I agree.
