Bug on the UK website

Everytime I click 'Play Now!', and enter my username and password, then press enter, instead of coming up onto the 'Going to Toontown...' page, it refreshes itself. (It does work when I log in after about 8 times)

Has anyone else experienced this problem? And does anyone know how to fix it?

It's really annoying! I want to play ToonTown! I actually hit my keyboard last night when I couldn't play!

It happened nearly all yesterday too.
Hmm, I think there might be a problem with the link directing you to play Toontown, because once you log in, it send you back to the member page again. ><

EDIT: Wait! I can seem to play it now, I think they fixed it! Try logging in now.

Disney better fix the bug by tommorow or my playstation will be gone too...... and my brother's Xbox 360. I'm getting angry! Not really, I'm just sleepy and I might fall asleep on top of everything unless I get a wake up call!

It does work after you try a few times, but it's really frustrating.

Okay. I was reading TTC stuff and after it wasn't loading and I got bored so I wanted to log onto my uber on UK site. Well, seems that after I see the "Give your toon superpowers.." and "or just keep playing" thing, I click play now *I'm not subscribed!* And it brings me all the way back to the login page. If I try to log in directly from the homepage, it says the cogs have messed with our servers. What is going on?

Grrr to this UK website - (At this point I went into a rage, but some of what I said didn't get blocked by the TTC swear-blocker, so I deleted it!)

Urm. I sent them an e-mail. I know it won't get fixed any quicker, but at least it gave me an opportunity to vent .. again!

Also took the opportunity to tell them about several new bugs I've noticed in-game since the new release.

Hold tight people - I'm sure they'll fix it .. in about a week

Then, once you typed your 'member name' and 'password' do NOT click on the "Sign in" button but press "Enter" on your keyboard instead -

- this will send your data to TT data base directly avoiding the UK site's action script buttons which seems to bug at the moment and cause the stated problem

according to my diagnostics on my computper it says the site has a programing error - it blocked the site!

SO...now i'm on my laptop - and i curse again!

my laptop is vista which makes it twice as hard for me to play UK TT!

P.S. i'm so angry with this problem but can't vent<bad words>

Ouch font explosion has blinded me, but I'm happy for you

Been happening to me over last two days too, have managed now to get it through though, persitance is the key. But using F5 to refresh as soon as entering or click the play button may help too, have to be quick and do it a few times.

But ultimately it comes down to right timing and the right time lol. On a brighter side though, things should settle down again, this has happened many times for UK after minor updates for UK web side.

Did you use the link to go direct? Also you may have close down, even reboot as bad script may have already caused a problem.

EDIT: Seems script has been fixed, logged 5 times using buttons no problems.
