I don't think there is an advertised UK helpline, although I did get through to someone once through a very long process of being passed from one person to another. They try getting you to e-mail them instead! Not much use if you can't get on TT and need an immediate solution.

There is no UK phone number or Live chat facilties for non US toons.
As suggested above you have mail them using help sections on website or email them at help@toontown.co.uk if you prefer to arrange message in outlook or your own mail providers pages. 'Keep it Kool  '

Can I suggest something for you to try. If I remember correctly there used to be a phone number for TT uk. Do you think you could check the wayback machine archives for www.toontown.co.uk ? Im on a Mac , I would do it myself but I have got windows on my macbook pro.

Yes someone did post UK details, about year ago.
However whether the number even exists anymore who knows, and I think its a corporate number anyways, not a help line. my accounts been reset! So as Princess Featherfoot said, you probs get nothing from it. 'Keep it Kool '
