Yes Disney Uk have now released their own DxD.
You can find it Here.
There are many things to do on the new DxD.
Play games, watch videos, newsletters, listen to music and more!
If you want the ToonTown part of it then go to Games > Disney's ToonTown Online.
There you can find ToonTown Trivia and games.
And many more of caurse.

anyone having any issues with Disney XD UK and Disney XD USA? i.e. swapping codes between the two systems? i can't get any codes to work, and vice versa, neither can my American friends

Not just you, all my UK friends and myself can't swap codes with any of our USA friends..........grrrrrrr!
