Comforting Words?

Words of comfort from all at TTUK Customer Services

In these times of Vista Crisis, the TTUK team would like to remind its paying customers that we respect their continued subscription and the profit it provides us. We understand that YOU must come first in our list of priorities, however being the UK market is less than 25% of current total, our US paying customers come first I'm afraid.

Don't be downhearted though, rest assured we are working on the problem for you. Graham our illiterate 15 year old trainee is giving your problem his full attention, his attention span being less than 10mins at a time, is not much, but it's better than nothing.

Customer service is of course the number one priority for our UK customer base, that is why we don't provide any customer service number in the UK or online live support services for UK customers. You can however email us through our contact us service on our website, which after a 7 day wait, you may get a personal automated response, that will probably tell you nothing you didn't know before.

We hope you enjoy our UK services, and are pleased with the service we provide.

See you on Toontown this Xmas, if you can get in by then that is.

Your TTUK customer service team.

LOL! This is pretty good and is right on target! I wouldnt be surprised if that is what they are breathing under their breath when talking to anyone that plays TT, regardless if you are from the US or UK. We all seem to have problems they dont seem to care to fix.

Money is it? Wow, can't Tootown just copy the script but make it a little bit different for the UK?

I know, I don't get that. Why can't they copy the script? Anyone know?

Well, we all know they do have to create the script in the first place, it doesn't work the way to just add "UK" after every time it says Toontown in it. They can use close ideas with the script that does not have a connection with the US site but chances are there's little of that. Toontown may sound clueless and babbling about not knowing what they're talking about, but the real thing is, it's difficult and we have to accept that...but by the rate they got Acorn Acres, it's getting a bit tough to wait.

The installer should be soon, we hope. There's no reason for it to be very longer knowing that maybe Toontown will be generous and transfer some guys to the UK for a bit; they can't be too greedy not to lend a hand. Or maybe they are.
