If you have toontown installed already then you can do this: -Go to internet explorer -Click Tools in top right -Go to Internet Options -Click Secruity tab -Untick the "Enanble protected mode" -Apply/ok the changes -Restart internet explorer and try toontown again. Hopefully that should work.

Hi Toons,
I have sent an email to Toontown Customer Services because I had the same problem (graphics error) and this is what I got back: ''Dear Toontown Guest, Thank you for your recent bug report. It appears that the issue you are experiencing is one that our engineers are currently investigating. In the meantime, we do have a suggestion to help you get back into the game: - Open Windows Explorer under "Start" > "All Programs" > "Accessories" > "Windows Explorer" - Navigate to the folder "C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\ToontownOnline" - Click once on the file labeled "useropt" and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard. Click 'Yes' to confirm that you wish to delete the file. - Try logging back into Toontown. This will create a clean "useropt" file to replace the deleted corrupted one. This should temporarily resolve the current problem you are encountering. If you continue to experience difficulties, please submit a new bug report for further assistance. We look forward to seeing you in Disney's Toontown Online soon! Thank You,'' It worked for me! I hope it will work for you too, Good Luck! ![]() |

I decided to uninstall/reintall on my computer, hoping that doing so would fix the mouse/cursor problem, and ran into this same problem when reinstalling the game on my XP. After restarting my computer and deleting the entire Toontown folder, it was able to install properly. Have any of you tried this? Maybe it will help.
It still doesn't fix the mouse problem though. ![]() |

Hi
![]() I have been playing on Vista for about three weeks without any problems until Tuesday. The game will not load ~ I have removed it and started again but to no avail. I am unable to send a bug report as it doesn't even get that far. I think we in the UK are being VERY unfairly treated compared to our US cousins. I have sent an email to Disney, and it will no doubt be the first of many ~ I agree with jean that we must continue to complain about our unfair treatment. |
