Since today I can not access niether "My account" nor "Contact us" on TTUK page as it is blocked by "Your computer doesn't meet requirements" due to this recent Vista incompatability, recent - as I have been playing since July with no problems!
I wanted to cancel my subscription - at least on one account (I have two) till the moment they solve the problem (as it doesn't seem to happen in the closest future) But the problem now is that I can not log to my account - in order to access the payment part , and I can not open any page on the TTUK site to at least see the email to contact or telephone number , as it is always blocked by "Your computer doesn't meet the requirements" page ! ![]() Can anyone post here the email addres to contact Disney/Toontown UK and/or their telephone number?

I am having the same problem with tt, my bottle fills up then my I.E stops working!
I even tried delteting it from my Laptop and now it won't even re-enstall let alone play. Does anyone have the current SV? So I can try https://a.download.....etc. I have emailed toontownUK and requested the UKtoons get compensation |

i will have a go logging on now and see if i can catch it.

There's been some problems with the US's installer for Vista, the good thing for you guys is that when you get it, there will be no problems. Just think of the US as the UK's test subjects.
I live in Canada, but my aunt who pays for Toontown for me lives in the US; that way I pretty much tricked Toontown into thinking I'm a resident in the US. I hope the UK gets its updates soon, I'll be watching the site for you guys and PMing you about it first thing! |

re vista
well said red bull i am uk player and was playing laptop with no problems on vista till update no cant get on,and same for all my uk secret friends.i cannot understand whywe can not have launcher like our usa friends.some people only have vista pc now and can not play at all,it is so unfair we pay for game as same as anyone else.
