Meeting non paid toon
Hi all,
Sorry, if this has been asked a thousand times..... Is it possible to meet up with a friend on another pc, if they are only playing the trial version? We were trying to hook up the other day at the TT central bridge, but couldn't get to be in the game at the same time. We made sure they signed in on the UK version. Many thanks, Jip's mum. |

Hi Country Heart,
We were both at toontown central, at the bridge by the fish pond. We were on the phone to one another to check, but neither of us could see the other anywhere. We had quite a few tries. They had a few problems signing in, so there was a short delay between toons. I'm not sure how close together sign in has to be? Thanks for your reply. |

Toontown central is what is known as a "neighbourhood" in Toontown speak.
[Others include Donalds Dock, Daisys Garden, etc.] Not only do you both have to be in Toontown central, you also both have to be in the same "district". Toontown has loads of these. There is a page in the schticker book dedicated to districts ( piccie: http://www.disneyonlineworlds.com/in...:Districts.jpg ) And you can choose to change to whichever one you agree from that page. As others say above, until you've completed the Toontorial tasks, you may be stuck in the Welcome district. If so, the Toon would see, for example, "You are currently in the Nutty Hills (welcome) district" in the schticker book as well. |
