Secret Friend Problem

Hi there,

When I click on the secret friends, enter secret friends box, nothing happens? I do not get the option to enter the code, nothing appears? Anyone else having this problem? I have the secret friend 'ability' enabled on the main options, and I have secret friends, but unable to enter a code my friend gave me. When I gave her a code to input, it came up with the error that the code did not belong to anyone? Any ideas anyone - driving me mad lol!

Obviously, your system is setup properly because you already have SFs. So you have a different dilemma.

Do you have 50 friends already? Or did Disney change that number to be more?

Several ways around it.

Can you see your friend?
If so, can you ask them to be your non SF friend?
If so, after they agree to that, you can then click on the toon and trhen click on another True Friends Button and enter code. (not sure if you have True friends button in UK)
if not, then maybe your system needs to be rebooted.

Let us say your friends code expired. Get another code from your friend.
Reboot system.
Check your Options lightswitch page to ensure you have SF button on. Which I am sure you do because it defaults to that!!
Re-enter.

You could keep messing around with making them a non SF friend, and then a SF with some manipulation.

Yes most of what he said is things to check.

UK and US on server basis is identical, only difference is the login to the server.

Definitely make normal friends first, this will make sure both of you do not have full list. If you've done this alreaady and tried more then one code, more then two seperate for sure, I have had probs with a couple.

Did you try this very recently, like today or yesterday, it may well be that golfing updates are affecting SF system for some people, there are certainly wide spread bugs around at moment.

You may want to wait a while and try again in a few weeks time when everything settles.

Of course best thing is to send them all info on the problem though the UK contact bit in site, they may be able to help you. And if its a new update related problem, it wud useful for them to know and correct if needs be.

Anyway hope you solve your problem.

Apologies everyone!

Was obviously having a 'stoopid' moment, and rather than entering the code then pressing submit, was pressing submit and expecting another box to open to enter the code (if that makes sense!)....

So after realising my error, it all works absolutely fine!

Sorry for bothering you, thanks so much for your suggestions and help, you are fab!

The SF system can be confusing without having enough coffee!! LOL
