Help! I Cant Get On!

I just got a brand new windows Vista and i know my friends say its not as good as the old windows but the shop owner said it would play toontown. It doesnt. I have put down my firewall and installed active x it still doesnt work can anyone help me or else my toons going down! 105 wasted! PLEASE HELP! =(

Im a uker and now have vista tried all help on the site i can find, im getting as far as the download, but no matter what i do, the activex is causing a problem. Cant log on via usa site, SOOOO wound up its unreal.
