Attention
In a cost saving excercise, inspired by BT, TTUK new call center help lines have been moved to Bombay, India.
You will be welcomed by out new Indian call staff, who seem to be speaking what may well be english, but in such an accent you will not understand half of what they say anyways.
To make matters worse, we could not afford the booster for lines, so they are so quiet it wouldn't matter if you could understand our operators anyways.
Our staff have no technical training, so will not be able to resolve 90% of your problems. However they do have a FAQ sheet aprroximately the size of a postage stamp, that has no relevant information that can not already be found on our website already (providing you can get out our website site that is).
If you are unfortuanate enough to call outsde our normal calling hours 9-10am you will get our automated answering system, that will tell you to update your drivers and directx, and ask you to do a pointless check of activex settings to check they allowing TT software to load.
You can also leave a message with our automated system, however dont expect an answer within 2 weeks of leaving it. By this time the problem you called about will have probably resolved itself, or the clever people on TTC will have probably found the solution themselves anyways.
We hope you enjoy our UK services, and are pleased with the service we provide.
See you on Toontown soon, if you can get in that is.
Your TTUK customer service team.
