Its TT open at all?

I havent been abel to upgrade my subscription for 4 weeks now. I get the same massage: The COGS HAVE MESSED WITH OUR SERVER: This cant be right. I cant play and i cant subscribe. What in the world its wrong??? I had been playing fro 2 years now and suddenly a get a messeg from TT: Sorry see you go. I havent ended my subscription an from that day i havent been abel to play. HELPPPPPP. HURRY UPP. This is a scandal.
