Just logged on to tt after an hour of trying to find all my sfs are now Orange again!! Good grief!!

I hadn't even managed to get everyone back from the last time TTUK did this in December

I cant logg in, i have been traying for 2 weeks. When i logg inn thats says" your traiel has expired" but im not a trialist, i have a subscription. I dont understand. When i wamt to subscribe again, message: The cogs a messed with our server" its the same message now for almost 2 weeks. whats heppening?
