I have 2 accounts and they have been fine so far although i cant seem to get the normal login page up, i have to go to about 3 other pages before i can connect to tt. think that may just be internet explorer though as i can get the normal login page on my laptop.
Hope u get your problem fixed soon. |

For several days I have not been able to play TT on my two good PCs but have been able to play on my laptop. Anyone know why? The laptop has the same Windows version and same I.E. version. All go via the same modem, but the laptop has wireless connection and the machine is far older.
We've uninstalled TT on the two good machines, tried to "play" in the hope TT will install itself again but won't get beyond the page that shows after you type in the username and password. Shows the page with moving cogs on the top left hand corner and says stuff about checking hardware. I've checked all the ActiveX stuff, changed all sorts of stuff in the hope it will help, changed it all back etc etc and it still won't load!! HELP!!

On my laptop sometimes when I click log in then it has this wierd messed up page so I have to hit back and click play. I also have trouble loading-When I load my toon the computer freezes and my screen gets messed up
 I have to start over till it works. |

I have managed to connect to tt 3 times today and every time i have had to wait about 10 -20 mins for the page to load.
so there is still hope |
