my accounts been reset!

because of the new toontown UK homepage my toons have been reset

Can anyone help me get them back?

This has happened to me as well. Not only can't I find my toons on my account, but also the page keeps logging me on as other accounts. I kept trying to log back in and out and I managed to get into at least 4 accounts.

I'm sending an email regarding this. I hope Disney has not messed up just for the sake of remodling the website. Besides I don't like the new website layout.

Actually I'm going to send the email later if it keeps going on. So far it seems like everybody who is logging on is experiencing the problem. What bothers me most is that we have easy access to other people's accounts. Their new layout says something like "Hi [Whatever your REAL life name is]!" when you log in, and it's disturbing how all these accounts could easily be accessed and modified.

So people can view your real life name, password, information, address, suscription bills and everything you put into your account.

I am getting off for now, which is why I didn't send the email for now... Best of luck to all of you players out there and hope this gets fixed by tomorow.

Yikes ! I spoke with one of TT France players yesterday - they had some big problem there and many lost their toons - thats why many TT france players moved to TT US/UK - I hope we won't face the same "fatum" on our TTUK accounts Double yikes!

Same thing happened to my toons, not happy!!!!

If i dont get my toons back i think i will be following the exodus, cant face starting all over again.
