no it is not down, just the frontal page is down, try to get directly to login page through:

https://www.disney.co.uk/toontown/secure/login.htm

it will login slower than usually but will work

you're welcome I just had to face it myself: on one laptop I loging through TTUK home page on the other - through login page directly (saved in "favourites") and noticed that direct login page works , but not the front TTUK page, so had to type it manually the log in directory link... Luckily! Otherwise would've risked sitting here and experiencing strong withdrawal sympthomes like most of us do when can't get on TT! hee hee
