Black cat day is 31st October, was the same last year and the year before. If you want to make a black cat you need to do it between 8am on 31st October and 8am 1st November (because of the time difference between UK and PST), you need to make a cat with the legs, head and body sizes you want (the colour doesn't matter). Then when Flippy is teaching you about speedchat and asks you to choose a phrase, you have to say "toontastic" to him. If you then don't turn into a black cat, you've done something wrong or it's not the right time or date.
