This is the only thing that I could pick at. I doubt they'll make use "throw" things this time for 2 reasons...
Note: To avoid confusion, throw will mean hand thrown only. I do count cranes as throwing, but you should understand what I'm getting at here.

1. they seem to be following a strange pattern.
VP - throw/stun
CFO - crane/stun
CJ - throw/stun

Now stunning is a repeat in all 3 of these battles, but for "throwing" it seems to bounce between that and something else. I really don't know what they would use to replace it, but I'm sure they can think of something.

2. Throwing would become overused and boring if they used it in 3 bosses, which would cause less toons to find interest in BBHQ, causing them to become bored of the game and decide to leave faster.

Then again, it is Disney... ~.^

(1) Think about how the developers put laff limits on the elevators in the other HQs. Most likely, there will probably be similar limits to areas of the Bossbot HQ, if not the whole area. Since it is closest to the three easiest playgrounds, the developers would definitely create some type of limitation so widdle toons don't wander in and go sad all the time. I'm guessing that's part of the purpose of Acorn Acres, to create a "middle" place, so BBHQ isn't directly off a widdle toon playground.

Perhaps the requirement won't be a laff limit, but perhaps a toon will have to have all three of the other suits to enter the Bossbot area, or to start the tasks. Maybe the requirement will be that a toon will have to have defeated each of the other bosses at least once.

(2) Toons need to earn a suit. There probably won't be a new playground, but there may be some sort of street from Acorn Acres to BBHQ. The Lawbot suit consisted of a series of tasks all from the same place (one of the more boring, and lame parts of the game, IMO). The suit will probably be earned completing some sort of series of tasks, from some sort of desk toon. So that the game is a bit "different," this will probably be something slightly new (different from completing factories, shop tasks, or research tasks), and the "HQ" will probably be on a new street, perhaps connecting AA to BBHQ. There will be some sort of special Toon HQ officer to give you tasks to earn your suit.

(3) This is the CEO we are talking about here. He's no mere "Big Cheese." We're talking about the Boss of the Bosses. I wouldn't be surprised if the tasks included "Defeat 3 CFOs" or "Defeat a Chief Justice." Sure, there will be a lot of bossbots in BBHQ, but I'm thinking we may see all the other types of cogs there too!

(4) Each of the other three Cog HQs have one blank wall. On the four walls, they each have an entrance from a street, an access to the boss, some sort of "building" for toons to explore, and one wall that doesn't access anything. I'm guessing that the Bossbot HQ may have connections to all the other Cog HQs. Of course, Bossbot HQ doesn't have to be connected to the other HQs, but doesn't it make sense? After all, aren't the "bossbots" bosses? If the boss is the CEO, then doesn't that make him the boss of all the other cog HQs? So, perhaps you can get to Bossbot HQ via AA, and the other three Cog HQs.

There might also be some sort of multi-cog playground, like the other cog HQs that have all four kinds of cogs wandering around.

(5) Sellbots have a factory, Cashbots have a mints, Lawbots have DA offices, so what would Bossbots have? Board rooms? Nah, too small, but that is probably where the final battle with the CEO would take place, around a giant table, perhaps with some sort of presentation screen. Office buildings? Possibly, like cubicle farms.

(6) The battle with the CEO might have something to do with getting hired/fired/paid/performance reviewed. What would you throw at a CEO to win? Stock certificates? Union memberships? (Nah, too political, not good for Disney!) Perhaps reports?

(7) Each of the Boss battles have progressively required more teamwork and are harder to solo. There's probably going to be some serious teamwork required. Lawbot HQ had an additional jury seat phase, so CEO may also have three or more phases (maybe one for each type of cog?)

Well, there's my speculations... Any more?
Very nice post. Let me add my responses.

1) I agree that there will no doubt me some sort of limit to enter any of the buildings... most likely a laff limit, or as you suggested having posessed the other cog suits.

2) As you can find in my Bossbot HQ idea thread, I had an idea that involved two new streets in Acorn Acres, one to Bossbot HQ and one to Donald's Dock (Park Place and Treetop Terrace, respectively). I've also included 16 different task ideas, the last of which includes beating the other Boss Cogs once each. It also requires delivering Level 7 gags - insuring that the toon is ready for the hardest HQ.

3) See above concerning fighting the other Boss Cogs. However, I don't really think we'll be seeing any other cogs. This is the Bossbot HQ. The Bossbots would kind of get shafted if they didn't get the place to themselves, right? I think it's far more likely that there'll be a main Cog HQ for ALL of the cogs, as originally planned, to go alongside the specific type HQ's.

4) Though you're completely correct about the "blank wall", I'm not sure the connected Cog HQ ideas is feasible. If you think about it - how would that work exactly? The Cog HQ's are all on different corners of the map.

UNLESS - and this is just spectulation - perhaps there could be "back streets" that connect the four HQ's (Sellbot to Cashbot/Bossbot, Cashbot to Lawbot/Sellbot, Lawbot to Bossbot/Cashbot, Bossbot to Lawbot/Sellbot). These streets could be darky and gloomy much like the cog hq's, and could be entirely composed of cog buildings. The street cog varieties could be fifty fifty between the HQ's - for example, for the street between Lawbot HQ and Bossbot HQ, the cog variety would be 50% Lawbot and 50% Bossbot. Wouldn't THAT be a treat!

5) Again, take a peek at my Bossbot HQ ideas thread - I suggested that the "building area" could be the Bossbot Executive Offices, which include cubicle farms and a presentation room. I also suggested that the first portion of the CEO fight was to take place in the Board Room, with the toons battling the cogs on the enormous Boardroom table (great minds think alike! )

6) Once more - take a look at my idea thread. The final round I propose has you using cream pies and seltzer bottles - the cream pies to gum up the CEO's mechanics and to knock him out of his pedestal, and the seltzer battles to attack him on the ground as well as the roaming summoned cogs.

7) As mentioned above I'd have to disagree with the different types of cogs - again, this is Bossbot HQ, but that could definately happen in the future.

Again folks - this is ALL spectulation and educated guesses/responses. Take it for what you will!

Or is this some creative trick to cover up the fact that they havent worked on it ever since the idea came into kind and are finally thinking of starting to work on it.

This "search" is more of a distraction, its actually kinda funny now too,

one of my SFs came up to me yesterday and told me "lets go look for Bossbot HQ!" and i was like "no way, this search shinanigan isn't gonna fool me"

And today I go to Donald's Dreamland and I see toons circling the tunnels, "looking for BBHQ"
yes, i know it's a shenanigan to save time, but this does mean they are working on it.

Rumors already starting, the tunnel in AA may not lead to BBHQ. Just because it is there does not mean that it will be. Like TT Dawg said, they could make a 3rd street in Dreamland going to it, if you notice, all playgrounds have 3 streets but Dreamland, and of course AA. Anyway, another thing, have you noticed that the guide on TT.com does not have AA in it yet? They could add the trolley and everything and then add it. They are working on AA right now, and telling people about BBHQ so they won't quit TT and make them lose money. After they are done with AA they will add more "Hunt for BBHQ" articles in the e-mails untill they actually make BBHQ.

Its easy to tell what Disney will do, just look the way that makes them more money. =\

I think I know why they're doing the "Search for Bossbot HQ",because it's the last one. They need it to be the most dramatic and importaint. They will put it in the corner. It's the only cloud left. That has to be Bossbot HQ!
