..'cause it's not like I have anything better to do
![]() I (and many others) have been unable to login to Toontown via the UK website for over 4 hours now. It's Sunday, it's raining, and many of us have nothing much else to do than to kick some cogs! I want to know: 1) Why there is no apparent monitoring to ensure that issues like this are addressed quickly when the monitor flags up an issue. 2) Why UK users do not get a "launcher" like US users, which would allow us to bypass the website should it fail. 3) Is there a number we can call if we want to report these kinds of problems. If not, why not? My understanding is that the US have one. The UK website prevents us access to the game far too often. Something needs to be done. Please advise - Regards, Me. I mean to say, this is just ridiculous, do us UK players not mean anything to you TT? are we less important than our fellow players? Look what you have reduced poor Snifflefish to do, to have a conversation with her husband! The things tt drives us to
Sorry having a Self esteem moment guys, yep tt has a lot to answer for....Get tt working again so i can feel good again!!!!! |

Access via the US website seems okay to me. I've got a trial account I set up ages ago on the US server (actually, it was because I couldn't download an update from the UK site, so downloaded it from the US then re-launched from the UK to get into my account), and I am able to get into that no problem at all.
