Yes it is, I just tried logging on 2 minutes ago and it said it was down. Thats why I came on here, to find out what was up.

Bah, I got so scared when I first tried logging in. It said it wasn't recognizing my ID/PW so I thought I was banned again. Was so relieved when it was just maintenance. Now I don't have to wait 3 days to get my sell key.

I just exited right after some hecklers tried relentlessly to beat me down verbally in SB Factory...(losers, try getting a life) and went to log back in and got CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE.....whatever...got better things to do anyway. |

God these kind of things always happen to me! I just logged out so I could run to Boingy Summit fast after my factory so my friends could VP in time.. but nooo, the one time I ever log out Toontown has to be down.
