Pretty short for such an update as BBHQ. They usually say "Toontown will be temporarily closing for an update from _____ to _____." when they're adding something to the game. Maintenance is basically a clean up of bugs and other things.
But hey, it could happen.

It's Pretty short to be BBHQ but on the other hand how many 4 Hour Down times have they had 4 or 5? thats about 20 Hours worth.
