TT is down for mainteance!
Could this be the releasing of BBHQ? I looked on the UK site and it told me and I've just looked on the US sight and it says that too!

I doubt it. When something new is going to be added to the game, it tends to say "Toontown will be temporally down for an Update from __ to __".
I wouldn't count on it. The HQ still needs a lot more work. They haven't even added the reward to the CEO battle yet. :P
