The problem is that if they had planned this, they would let you know when and how long it will be down. For example what is seen on the test side.
The problem is probably now that something unexpected happened while they were all busy trying to do whatever update they had planned for the test side. They've all scrambled over to the real side now and the test update will end up way over schedule. It would be lovely to have an ETA for the fix on the real side, but they will probably never do that. When something unexpected goes wrong, if they try to make estimates on when it will come back, it will just make people madder if it isn't on time. Just blame it on a cog and when it is back, it is back. Good night. |
