TTRH indentification

We have gone through this a couple of times, but apparently, everyone forgot. So I will say it again.

When you go to a TTRH event, go up to one of the leaders, or members, and do the Sleepy emotion

We want to know if you are TTRH or random, in case we need to switch districts. Thanks!

Good idea bringing this back up. Maybe we should have a special phrase, like a few other clans? The sleepy emotion is pretty silent, and goes away faster. I suggest something like "Toontastic!" or "I need more laff points."

Just a suggestion.

Yeah -- it was an old rule incorporated while our other leader was in his position. It really hasn't been noticed until now.
