Question for all.....

Should members be counted on attendance if they show up for an event but do not participate in it? Too many times, people show up at the VP, CFO, and CJ then leave because they don't have what they need to fight the bosses. What good is anyone doing if they show up and leave? If I sound a little irritated by this, it's because I am. This happens way too often.
