A New Idea that might help with organization...

OK, here's the deal.

Cog Bosses, sometimes disasters, sometimes not.

FIshing, Golfing, and racing- ppl talk WAY too much rather than doing anything...

So- my solution!!!

Whenever a Staff member decides we should go on with the Boss, or cancel it due to not enough ppl, or something...

If a Staff member says- LET"S GO! then, you go on with the Boss, no matter how many ppl (DOn't worry about 6 or 7 on the elevator, you can trust us!)

if a Staff member says (HOpefully not!)- Sorry, I can't! then the Cog Boss has been canceled, SORRY! no complaing! lol

now, onto Fishing, Golfing, Racing, etc.

Most of the time, ppl get into a huge TALK of chat... to fix this, I've thought this plan up!

When wating for members, a staff member will say - "Wait a minute"

Once lots of members show up- A Staff member shall unleash the Phrase- Let's go!

Obviously, that means, to run over to your desired Golf Kart, Race Track, or fishing dock and do such...

and on the Note of Fishing.... You may go into the streets if you choose to... and if there's a lot of members, wait your turn!

Once a person has to go to a fisherman, you may take over their dock.'

if you return to see your dock taken over, wait your turn like everyone else! THANKS!

I Think these are good rules to stay organized... (C'mon Rocky... sticky this... lol)

On the note of fishing, some could always go to one of the streets to fish. Just because the PG's are the main areas doesn't mean anyone has to stay there.

The past two nights, I've been trying to get everyone to praticipate. Most of the time, we get everyone to come. It just matters if a Staff Member arrives at the run.

I like these and Doc.'s rule everyone MUST participate once. Or more if they choose, but don't make all the random talking part of events now.

Actually, all STAFF should attend no less than 3 times a week, possibly even being raised to 4 times (1 of those being boss a run). Anything less, and that staff position should be reconsidered. That is NOT asking too much. If a staff member is too sick to get online or is on vacation, you would be excused for that time period.

All members should agree to go to at least 2 events a week (1 being a boss run). I honestly believe it should be more than that (3 events), but I understand some may not be allowed on the computer much during the school week.

This should be part of the rules.

Good idea. I might come up with some sort of tally system in the future.

Just a heads up to everyone, I'm going with my dad the the Bahamas around April 1st and will be gone for 5 days. And then I have Spring vacation in Florida two weeks later, and I'll be in Florida with limited computer use. (Or DS browser use, LOL)

well, zach, what it is is that Staff members use these phrases to control the whole TTRH group, so we don't get all disorganized and such...

here's a low down-

MEMBERS:

When you hear "Let's go!" stop chatting, and go do the event, be it a COg boss, fishing, whatever.

if you're at a COg boss, and a Staff members says, "Sorry I can't" the event has been cancelled, and we're moving on to the Activity.

STAFF MEMBERS:

Once members arrive, say "Let's go!" to indicate to get into The Elevator, or start racing, golfing, etc.

and say "Sorry I can't" at a Cog boss to show we don't have 'nuff members.
