I forgot about the Toons of the world unite phrase, but to get more than 105, do the following;

Complete all tasks
Robber Baron 50
Mr Hollywood 50
All fish
Goofy's Speedway

All should give 120 LP

The phrase 'Toons of the world unite' (or the resistance salute as it is called in your emotes) is obtained by visiting Whispering Willow at the Talking in your sleep voice trainig shop in Pajama Place, Donalds Dreamland. The shop can be found on the left side of the street, near the Cash hq. Once inside approach the toon saying 'Would you like some help?' and she will whisper to you. You will then be a member of the toon resistance.
