Since no one posted the newsletter saying with proof, I will.

Here's the picture, I did it on paint since I don't have the newsletter yet:

My handwriting on paint is NOT good, so here is the translation:

"Buy something sweet for your valentoon from clarabelle's cattlelog!" It says nothing about Lawbot HQ...

I didn't realize there was a teaser on this newsletter. I guess I was so disappointed that there wasn't a message, "Lawbot HQ is coming," that I overlooked that obvious skelecog. Another thing to add to our list of Lawbot HQ clues!

Thanks to all Toons who entered the Valentine Art Contest! The Toon Council has reviewed all of your truly amazing Toon art creations. Click here to see the winners!

Play the most Trolley Games and win "The Chronicles of Narnia."

A grand total of 30 Toons will be awarded in two categories: the SINGLE Toon or the group of FOUR Toons that plays the most Trolley Games in one of the six neighborhoods.

One prize will be awarded in each neighborhood. If a Toon wins in multiple categories, a runner-up will be awarded. The competition will run all day Saturday and Sunday, February 18 and 19, starting at midnight Pacific time.

When you've defeated enough Cogs, use the "Cog Radar" by clicking the Cog icons on the Cog Gallery page in your Shticker book.

Change to different views of your Toon by pressing the TAB key.

On the street, Cogs are more likely to join a fight against multiple Toons than just one Toon.
