so, are we suppose to go to toon hall, and say "**********" to flippy? then get something for your phrase?
thats what the riddle sounds like at least.(your new toon soon could be a really spooky sight to see. Flippy waits to hear your chat, and rewards the hippest cat if the secret word you say, but only on pumpkin day.)

do you have to be a new toon, while being a cat species, or what?

actually, it's not a scan, since I haven't used my scanner in about 3 years. It's a digital camera pic. I noticed they were kinda blurry. I will get better pics of the cards tommorow-er later today.

I think I got the poem.

There is one phrase (Speed Chat) that you must tell Flippy (Most likely one you must buy in the cattolog for halloween). But only on halloween. Go up to him in toon hall (as a cat) and say something and you may turn into a black cat. My guess.
