You have to make sure under member profile that you have checked that you want to receive the information in the mail. I have been told that it takes eight to ten weeks after you start or after this change is made under your profile.

At www.toontown.com click on members services. Then click on mail options. You'll have to login with parent password then you can set it so you get the e-mail and in the snail mail newsletters. Though I believe only those living in the US or UK will get them.

Thanks for that my parents disabled the newletter for some reason that I don't know and they won't let me know my parent password and it's really annoying. I gotta find it out... but secretly:reporter:
