Toon-up Gags allowed outside battles!

Something bumped me in the head, what if we were allowed to use Toon-
up gags on other toons outside battles. Like the pics on the bottom,
you choose a Toon-Up gag, click the toon's name, and click Ok
What do you think?

I don't think we should be able to use tu gags outside of battles, since there are many other means, and besides, gags are meant for battles. So it doesn't make much sense to me.

You know, we should use any gag outside of battle. Because toons will be toons, we should juggle, hit toons with pianos, throw a pie, jump into a glass of water, whenever we want! It makes sense, and would make everything A LOT less boring.

If they allowed every gag, yes it would make sense. If just one track, then no. But that idea sounds cool.

I think I have a similar idea.
We can buy a different gag set.(for fun) And buy ten gags for one jelly bean and go around toontown throwing, squirting, or using gags on any toons to toon them up.
That would be fun!
We could also be doing something good while getting to throw a pie in someone's face.

I have though of this once, but I don't think it would be smart. Well, I'm not sure if "smart" is the correct term but I just don't think it's a good idea. My reasoning is that Toons are going to waste toon-up gags. That's the reason for only 4 toons in Battle.

I PMed TT before with a trolley game where you could do that any gag you want!
