It is just a cog. There is no proof that it will be the chairman. There is no proof that there will even be a chairman.

Well, the cog in the video does seem to take charge over all the other cogs. Seems like he's the head cog or something. Well, you never know.

Did any of you even watch the video? By the things you said, you probably didn't. The CEO has a boss obsviously because of that robot that you see in the video. The robot is leader of the cogs and since the cogs are a company race, the robot is the chairman because leaders of companies are chairmans and the cogs are part of a big Cog Company!

Yeah,I did ,it came out 5 years ago I think?I only saw it last year though,and the CEO is the head/boss of the company,that robot is technically out of "Toontown's" continuity just like scrooge and gyro since it was made so long ago.
