In my opinion, I believe the Chairman may be the next cog boss in Toontown. Of course before they design the Chairman, they'll have to make a new place for the Chairman to reside. Perhaps Cog Nation?

For Cog HQ, if they are making something else, they're hinting at the Chairman. It makes sense, if it was the last HQ, because CM is the boss of a company... in my view, boss of the BossCogs.

Governments are next logically. Not sure Disney will go for that, but they've already demonstrated a sense of humor with making business people the "bad guys", being a corporation themselves.
