You do not know that. It says nowhere on the video that he is the chairman. I like this idea though, fight through all 4 cog bosses to beat the chairman.

It would not be Bossbot, just Extracog. They could only be found in the CM HQ's office, where there could be HW/RB/BW/BC's mixed in, just replacing their cog type with Extracog.

Level 15? That's kind of intense... I think there could be a few v3.0s, which could start at Lvl 12 and create a skelecog at Lvl 11 once defeated, and then another skelecog at Lvl 10.
