The Chairman idea

I posted this on another website, so I guess I'll post it here too.

PART 1: Reaching the Chairman: To reach the Chairman, first you have to max one of the HQ's. No merits or special cog suits are required. After reaching that, go to the HQ that you are maxed in, and walk up to a manhole. You will be asked if you want to use it. If yes, you will be taken into ToonTown's sewer system. You have to reach the door at the end, which is guarded by a level 12 2.0 cog. Anyone in the sewer at that time can help you defeat him. After he is defeated, another one will replace him and the toons in the battle can enter the door. Once in the door, you will have your maxed cog suit on. You will be in a lobby similar to the lobbies for the other bosses. There's an elevator at the end where up to 8 toons can go fight the chairman. Once the elevator doors have closed, the battle starts.

PART 2: The cog battle: Oh yay, script time.

The elevator doors open to a scene with Professor Pete in disguise and the Chairman. The chairman is covered in a black shadow right now.
Pete: Sir, how do you think we should get rid of these toons?
Chairman: I'll be issuing a VP invasion shortly.
Chairman: It'll certainly put an end to their worthless town.
Pete: But, sir, how do you get so many VPs at one time?
Chairman: It isn't easy. It'll require a sad toon.
Chairman: GOOD THING I ALREADY HAVE ONE!
The chairman blows off Pete's disguise. Then, he looks at the toons.
Chairman: Come in. I'm glad you came so quickly. Kill this toon for me.
The toons walk in. Unluckly for them, a huge group of level 12 cogs also walk in.
Mr. Hollywood: You summoned us?
Robber Barron: You wanted us to kill a toon, right?
Big Wig: We've brought our aquantences to help.
The Big Cheese: I see you have eight cogs with you, but don't they look oddly colorful?
Chairman: You're right! Those are toons!
The Chairman blows off your cog suits and the cutscene ends.

In this battle, the toons must face 100 level 12 cogs, 50 on each side. This battle is you standard cog battle, nothing out of the ordinary.

PART 3: The Chairman attacks:
Chairman: Hmph, never rely on those guys to be your bodyguards!
Chairman: I'll do this myself.
Pete: Guys, come over here and take these birthday cakes.
Pete: This guy will be tough.
Pete: He's really fast and he can call on the help of any bosses you've already faced.
Pete: Be really careful, you can't toon each other up in this battle.

From here, the battle begins. The Chairman's attacks are:
Gears: Standard gear attack. 15 damage to anyone hit by it.
White Out: The Chairman squirts white out at a toon. Completely freezes a toon for five seconds or until they are hit by an attack. This attack is usually followed up with Back Stab.
Back Stab: The Chairman stabs a toon with a pencil, dealing 30 damage.
Earthquake: The Chairman lifts his hand in the air and slams it to the ground, hurting all toons the aren't in the air for 30 damage.
SOS: The toons are suddenly teleported to a random boss battle other than the chairman. The battles are extremely easy versions of their normal counterparts that usually take ten seconds. You fight them the way you would normally fight the battles.

The Chairman is also very fast. Think if the CEO were three times faster. He can teleport to any place in the arena he wants. Touching him deals 20 damage to the toon that touched him.

Now, time to talk less about the Chairman and more about the toons. The toons use the birthday cakes Pete gave them to attack. You have to throw them at his head or shirt to do damage. It's 10 damage per birthday cake and the Chairman has 500 hit points. The toons can also go to where Pete is. If they do, they'll be asked if they want to do a team attack with Pete. If yes, they will have to aim with their mouse at the Chairman. After three seconds, a birthday cake will fly to where the toon aimed to. If they hit, the chairman is stunned for 10 seconds. After the battle, the chairman supposedly explodes.

PART 4: The great race: The toons run to the elevator that they came in on. Pete restores their gags to full and they start going back down. However, they go further down for the sewers, and down to a lava filled hallway.

Pete: Uh oh! Looks like the Chairman doesn't want us to leave yet.
Pete: Follow me guys, we need to get to the end with out touching this lava.

And that's exactly what you have to do. You have to jump from platform to platform with out touching the lava below you. Doing so deducts 30 laff points and send you back to the platform you jumped off of. Once everyone reaches the end, you move on to the next part.

PART 5: The Chairman returns:

Chairman: You thought you were rid of me?
Chairman: This battle has only begun!

The toons split into two groups and get on opposite sides of the Chairman. You fight this like a normal cog battle except dodging attacks has changed. You have to use the right emotion in your speedchat at the right time to dodge his attacks here. The Chairman has 50,000 hit points, but both sides take off of the same hit points. However, someone on one side of the Chairman can't help someone on the other side of him. Infact, it's as if two different battles were going on. The only difference is that they all share the same target. The chairman has all the attacks as he did in the last battle, with white out making a toon skip his next turn.

PART 6: The End:

Chairman: What? I can't be defeated by TOONS!
Then the chairman is crushed by a giant piano. After the toons stop dancing, they run to Professor Pete, who starts talking to them.

Pete: Nice one, you defeated the Chairman!
Pete: Toon HQ wanted to reward anyone who could pull this off with this.
Pete: This is a special Pink Slip that only works on bosses. It makes the bosses slightly easier.
Pete: Use it when you get in a sticky situation. See ya!

The special Pink Slip mentioned is a Pink Slip that can help a toon with Boss Battles, one time use only. What it does depends on the battle being fought.

VP: The VP is auctomatically stunned, allowing him to be hurt by pies.

CFO: The CFO is automatically stunned, allowing him to be hurt by safes.

CJ: The lawyers thowing evidence at the toons are automatically stunned, giving their normal rewards.

CEO: Slows him down to his slowest speed possible.

Chairman: No effect.

it not only sounds like 2 great of rewards but the battle also seems extremely hard. bc i 105 toon maxed in one hq with no other extra laff points could go in and die in 4+ hits. take the damage down a little and it would be fine

That is an awesome Idea!!! I love it! I suggest sending that to toontown. The part i like the most is that i have 1 maxed HQ. 2 things that i do not like are: in the 2nd time you fight the chairman, i think his life should be 5000, not 50000, that could take 45 minutes, with all the other stuff and that, it could be a 2 and a half hour battle. The other thing that i don't like is that (No offence to sell ubers) but a sell uber at about 40 laff in the chairman, that would be no fun. if you have multiple sell ubers with you, you could be losing players left and right. Mabey a laff limit of say... 110? Otherwise, Great job!
