What does it mean exactly?
The officeholder is traditionally called the chairman.

The line might be a new map, but nobody knows. Last time I took a look at the line, I think I remember it coming from BBHQ, (Idk) so maybe the sewage tunnels in the HQ's really ARE a clue. As for the space there, my opinion is that it's the hills you race on in the western tracks lol. You can't really fit a picture of something there.. but only time will tell us the answers. (0_o I sound like a fortune teller..)

Actually there are people who know. The ToonTown devs! Other than that, you are correct.

I eagerly await whatever is coming. No member of the game knows what's coming, so whatever does some will be a surprise.

The area behind GSW is just some open space. If you'll notice, there is a lot of open spaces between PG's and HQ's...if not, everything would be crammed and look dumb.

Those hills probaly for going to have something if you look at the "Life as a toon" trailer which is old,but that idea was probaly abandoned when GSW came out and there wasn't a cloud above it.

The Chairman is probaly something that won't be added in the game,unless you find some new cog type that fits it,like "Stockbots" or something,if there was an all in one Cog HQ,it would probaly have the "President" since we only have the "Vice President".
