New Cogs (drumroll)... Newsbots!

The news industry is huge, so it'd be perfect for a new series of Cogs. Here's what I got so far. Not sure what color for their suits, but their symbol would be one of those old radio towers. I've also included what the names mean.

-Dirt Digger (When you're looking for stuff, physical or said, to harm a person's reputation, you're "digging up dirt" on that person.)
-Shutterbug (Person who takes pictures for a newspaper, like Peter Parker does for the Daily Bugle in Spider-Man.)
-Mudslinger (If you're saying or writing stuff to discredit someone, you're "slinging mud.")
-Gadfly (A critic who is persistent and annoying, much like the insect of the same name.)
-Word-Twister (Not sure if this is the correct term, but someone who takes what a person says and switches the context, giving it a whole new meaning.)
-Media Hound (Person who chases high profile people/stories, like a dog chasing a car.)
-Headliner (Biggest story on the front newspaper, often with a big and bold title. Can also refer to "tonight's top story" on news programs.)
-Anchorman *Highest level, like Mr. Hollywood, Big Cheese, etc.* (Guy who reports the news on TV.)

Boss: EIC (Editor in Chief)

I've thought of some attacks, too!

-Twist: Similar to Spin Doctor's Spin. (If you alter a story to make it interesting, you give it a twist.)
-Scoop: Shovels dirt/mud onto a Toon, burying them. (If a journalist gets the scoop on a story, it means they got it first.)
-Angle: Similar to Guilt/Power Trip. (How you approach a story topic is 'your angle'.)
-Downpage: Similar to Downsize. (The downpage is the story at the bottom of a newspaper.)
-Mugshot: Blinds a Toon with a camera flash. (A mugshot is a picture of a person's 'mug', or face.)

That's actually a good idea. Let me think... let me think... I don't know actualy terms for people, but you always have the people who twist words around to say what they want em to.

Wow. I must say, out of all the new cogtype ideas, this is probobly the best. Suit color could be black, perhaps? (indicating the color of newspaper ink)

I was going to say grey but that is the color of lawbot suits.

that a very good idea. even know i have already done all this for the blankbots and made the c.p.b.o and the playground donaulds desert, this is pretty clever. i like it, but the name newsbots dosent really click. think of something that flows, like inforbots or reportabots, no hard feelings, right?
