Chairman of the Cogs

I'm not going to write any fancy intro, I'm just going to type my ideas.


So, you need to go through the 'Grey Palace' (Chairman's home) twenty times, and destroy a Skelecog 'Servant' named Currathurs. You get the disguise, and you start out as a yellow-hat goon, and you have a flashlight. As you use more level Seven gags, the higher you are in level. Eventually, you become a black-hatted Goon. Well, as soon as you become a Black Hat, you can fight the Chairman! He is basically a tall, very humanoid asian-looking Cog with slightly greying hair, and a black suit. He holds Flippy and L'il Oldman on a rotatiing gear. The gear is slowly falling to a Lava Pit (Like in the Lava Room of Sellbot HQ). You have thirty minutes to save the Toons. It's basically an obstacle course with rotating gears trying to knock you off of a thin cylindar, and mazes with v2.0 Cogs at all of the Dead Ends. After you save L'il Oldman and Flippy, they say all of the 'Toons of the World,' phrases (Gag-Up, Spend Wisely, etc.). The VP calls in Currathurs v2.0, and a few Big Cheeses, Big Wigs, etc. Currathurs has the ability to use three attacks in a row now, and his power is equal to a level 20 Cog (which you have to 'kill' twice). So, after you defeat Currathurs and the Cogs, you have to explore the Palace. After you find where the Chairman is, Flippy, L'il Oldman, and the rest of the Toons with you automatically teleport to you. The room the Chairman is in will be his Kitchen. He will be throwing GIANT cooking utensils at you as you choose Gags that you have earned to use on him, and the giant robo-rats that infest his home. If you choose a level Seven Gag, it hits him and deals 5 damage to him. He has 100 HP. If you choose anything that isn't lvl 7, it hits the vermin that live in his kitchen. Heres a list:
ToonUp: It heals other toons. Lv7: It makes the Chairman laugh so hard that the next few untensils he throws miss and hit the rats.
Trap: It sets a trap for the rats. Lv7: It sets a trap for the Chairman.
Lure: It lures rats into traps, OR immobilizes them for 20 seconds. Lv7: It pulls the chairman into the way of a speeding train, OR immbilises him for 10 seconds and adds +2 damage to all attacks on him.
Sound: Effects four random rats. Lv7: No effects, it just hurts his ears.
Throw: You toss a gag at the rodents which either kills them, or gives them a snack that gums up their gears. Lv7: Goos up the Chairmans gears and icing's his hands to the kitchen counter for 3 seconds.
Squirt: no effects other than hurting the rats. Lv7: The geyser lifts the Chairman into the air, where he is immbolised for 15 seconds.
Drop: Auto-kills rats, but has very low accuracy. (You have a 'pointer' that shows you the general area of where the item will drop) Lv7: Low accuracy, but it bonks the Chairman with alot of pain. Ouch. For every other drop after the first, +1 damage is added.


Of course, he will run away after he loses 100 HP, and Flippy restores your gags. But wait! Where's Lil Oldman? He's run after the Chairman with a pie in hand, yelling something about the good ol' days where Cog HQ's didn't exist.
Well, you repeat this two more times in the dining room (His pet cat attacks you, and you have to dodge flying plates), and then in the Bed Chambers (You have to dodge flying pillows while his dog attacks).
After he is really beat up, his 'skin' falls off, and it reveals a Skelecog! He flys away swiftly roaring "The President won't be as lazy with battle as I!" as you get Level EIGHT gag points! You have to beat the Chairman 10 times before you get the Level Eight gags.
The lv8 gags are:

TU: Circus Tent appears, and lions jump through hoops.
Trap: A Monorail line with electric shock.
Lure: A new SUPER COMPUTER operating system
Sound: Airplane Jets
Throw: 100th Anniversery Cake
Squirt: A whale flops over and sprays the Cogs.
Drop: An airplane falls out of the sky, and the passengers are fat people that just came back from a Super Junk Food convention.

O_o,haven't you read the part about the lv 20 v2.0 cog?That's almost a 1,000 Health points right there!

Well, I have another 'story' of the Chairman.

The 'Factories' of this are actually SkyScraypers of the Cog Nation. You have to beat it 20 times, and the 'merits' are actually called 'Production Status', which is your production of your OWN line of Cogs! You make up the names, and an interactive Cog-Maker with preset Cogs will allow you to make the eight types of Cogs. Well, after that, you go to fight the Chairman. He says "Erhem, I've reviewed your Cog Line, Firebolt, and I say it's MAGNIFICENT! Let the mass production begin!" and he clicks a button. After this cutscene, the other seven toons you go in with are taken out, and have a few minutes to roam around the Central Skyscrayper, the Head Agency of Cogs.

You have twn minutes to explore, and then, the Chairman calls you into his Main Office. You walk in with the other seven Toons, and he says:
"Listen, Cogs. These new species are great ideas, so were going to test them on some Toons!" then you go into a drop-down list of the ShopKeeper toon that you want to test your cogs on. Little do you know, these Toons come packed-full of Gag-Ups (like an SOS card), Toons of the World phrases, and exactly 12 Pink Slips. After your 'testing' (which involves a cutscene of random Cog Attacks being thrown at the Toon), six of the Toons go sad. Only two Toons survive the onslaught, and quickley start rebelling against the Chairman. Pies begin flying, and you can just wait. The Chairman yells "Cogs! Help me!"
You get five minutes to get out of your suit-disquise (in a fun little puzzle-like minigame!) and use Gag Ups or TOTW Phrases. The NPC Toons basically have 300 LP.
The Chairman is surprised that he started producing Cogs that would work for Toons! The President would NOT be happy...
He hops up, and the NPC Toons (lets call them Bob and Joe) fly off, losing about 25 Laff. Then, all gosh-darn heck breaks loose! Big Cheeses Level 12 V2.0 and other very powerful Cogs and Skelecogs fly into the room, breifcases in hand! They begin a battle!
Each side is a battle of 5 Cogs VS 5 Toons, each side getting either Bob or Joe. Bob and Joe are maxed in everything. Everyone gets to vote which gags they use. EXAMPLE:
Toon 1: Bob should use a Wedding Cake!
Toon 2: Bob should use a Geyser!
Toon 3: Bob should use a Geyser!
Toon 4: Bob should use a Opera Voice!
Toon 5: Bob should use a Geyser!
Bob will use a Geyser. The Toons will both choose a gag AND vote within a 40 second time period. If there is a tie, Bob will just pick one of the two tied gags.
After you kill 20 Cogs, the Chairman picks up his cellphone. He dials a number, and it goes onto Speaker Mode. The phone will ring 50 times, and during that time, you will have a pie-throwing battle (similar to the VP) trying to knock the phone away. The time is about 5 minutes, and you have to hit the phone OR the hand of the Chairman 380 times before he drops it.
If you succeed, he will run into a seperate room, and you have 120 seconds to Gag Up, etc.
If you lose, he will say into his phone: VP, I need help. Roll over here immediately.
A short 30 second time period gives you a chance to Gag Up, etc. But you have to avoid the Chairman's jumps (-20), Gear Tosses (-30) and Spill Attack (spills Cog Oil on you from a can. -25)
When the VP arrives, you have to reenact a quick battle with him, throwing pies to knock his out the door.
You basically do mini-battles with all of the Boss Cogs, with 20 second intervals inbetween to Toon Up.
After all of this, you are forced to split up, and only two lucky toons stay with Joe or Bob. As you split up, your Cog Production supervisor (basically a Skelecog that watches the Cogs assemble correctly) battles you. He is Level Twelve V.2.0
He dies, and you have to put together the pieces of his body, and wear them as a 'Suit'. You tell your Cogs to attack the Chairman, and they happily do so. The Chairman is still in the Central Office, and when you get back, he is waving his arms at everyone's Cogs! After a short cutscene of him running away, you hear a 'Riiiiing!' It stops immediately. The Chairman picked it up in a seperate room, and you pick it up to eavesdrop.
"Yessir. I will NOT fail, Mr. President!"
The line goes dead.
The Chairman charges in, and for your final battle, you select commands to tell your Cogs which include, but are not limited to:
"Attack his head!"
"Watch out! He's swinging his arms!"
"Stay, he has a Shield up!"
"Quick! Duck! He throwing gears!"
"Grab some oil, you need to heal!"
"Hurry! His defenses are down!"
"Spray some grease in his eyes!"
"He has grease in his eyes, do a Strong Attack!"
After the Chairman is reduced to little more than gears and thin little poles and lightbulbs, he dials "7737433668" into the phone. The president picks up, and roars "You've failed me! I know it! You are demoted!"
The Chairman quickley desentegrates into a small, Yellow Hatted Goon, and the old 'shell' of the giant Chairman's head falls on top of it, totally destroying it forever.

Reward? Three of your choice of reward from any other boss, +500 in your Gag tracks (after you dance, of course ), and 2000 Jellybeans!
