I've often thought that teleportation to the hq should be an automatic reward once you max the suit for that hq. My first toon is maxed in all four suits, so I can report that you do NOT get tp access after maxing all the hqs. Please add my toons (the four who either have maxed or are working on maxing hqs) to the petition:
