Thought about name changes.

Since the TT officials don't like having to deal with TONS of name changes, why don't they just make you have to pay for it, so you only do it when you need to. I don't mean with real currency. I mean... like buying it in the catalog for jellybeans. I mean, I'm just spit balling here.

Well theres another problem.

It gives the TT Staffs another job.
They will have to check the name and see if it appropriate..

Well yeah, that's what they had to do before that. That's why they took it out. Making you pay jellybeans for it will cause a lot less name changes, because people won't have the jellybeans, and they'll be too lazy.

I don't know. Toontown's Staff is already swamped with name requests, think of how they would feel if they had to add another 100 or so, every day? Not too good for staff morale, I'd say.

There are ways to tell who they are.
Thier doodle, gags, species, color, laff and even personality.
I once changed my toon's name, no one deleted me for it...
Well, if I did get deleted, I guess I didn't really notice.

Anyone can get 1,000 beans with a good hour of fishing, if not less. (An hour for like laff 15 toons.) Many people also have maxed beans too. I could see them doing it, but then it would probably be a once a year/2 year thing. Furthermore, why would they make it costs JBs? They could do a lot better and charge real cash. I've seen P2P games where they charged like $15 for a name change, and lots of people bought it.

Or they would solve the problem and charge 10,251 JBs.

Maybe if they get the name change, a whisper would come up and stay for one minute notifying the friend that the toon had their name change to something else.
